Cattle Business Manager I

Job Summary:

Location On-Site:  2-3 months of training in our Omaha office location

Territory Opportunities:  NE Nebraska/NW Iowa, NE Iowa

Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential leads through various sources such as client and employee referrals, industry partners, online research, and more
  • Initiate communication with prospects to introduce Balance4ward’s products and services
  • Qualify the interest and needs of prospective clients
  • Nurture and maintain relationships with potential leads through consistent follow-ups and communication
  • Use database to track and manage leads, update customer information, and document interactions
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure exceptional client experience

Qualifications

  • Experience in sales development and lead generation preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in agriculture business or related field preferred
  • Ability and desire to spend 75%+ of time in assigned territory working with prospects
  • Experience or knowledge of the cattle industry

Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
